The Sino-Japanese War

The Japanese invasion of Manchuria in 1931, followed by the Marco Polo bridge incident marked the beginning of the Sino-Japanese war, a war between China and Japan. The Japanese and General Tojo started this war in an effort to gain control of China's natural resources.
